How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Jezirah (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

The camera is quite good, both in terms of display quality and materials used. Connection is very fast, easy to set up, works with Smart Life. At night it works fine, there are IR sensors. One of the disadvantages is the lack of an option to configure the motion sensor area. all or nothing.
The image quality is just so-so, and the field of view is much narrower than I expected. About 60 degrees? It seems like you should keep it away from you.
Very simple yet neat, and the quality is excellent. Automatic recognition and connection work well in the Smart Life app, and the image quality is very good. Especially when a motion detection alarm occurs, it's even better when an image comes along with it. I was able to find the recording history, and it's similar to a regular CCTV system, so I'm very satisfied with this product.
This is my 4th camera from this seller and they all work great.
Very good. The image quality is sufficient. (not a super wide angle, so if you want very wide angle view, you may want to choose other models.) The android app is very good. Especially, the playback function of the videos recorded on the micro sd card is splended. I can easily play the videos that include moving objects in the images. The chinese cameras are improving. This camera is much better than japanese surveillance cameras costing around 100 usd that i bought 5 years ago.
This is probably the cheapest webcam on Tuya. For the money, it's quite good. The interface on Tuya is simple and convenient. The image quality is not bad. The main difference from regular webcams is the very small viewing angle, probably less than half. I bought it to install on a cat feeder, and it's just right there. The photos show a comparison between a regular camera and this one.
Really great camera. The app doesn't seem intrusive and the visual seems really good. Of course it seems all about the app these days but this one doesn't demand intrusive information or beg you for expensive cloud services which i like very much. The video is very good though i wish it was a slightly wider viewing angle. Other than that, no faults. Easy setup and so far, a really good clean app. Out of four cameras i bought, the app brought it down even as far as setting them up. This one seems to be worth it. Like it. I would purchase this again. Bottom line is easy setup, clean app and really decent picture quality and control. The only setback for me is i wish it was a slightly wider view but definitely not a deal breaker.
I have three of them. One 1080p, two 3mp. There is no difference in pic quality. If you want to replace lens, it is possible to take another m12 lens. It is easy to remove the front cover with phone opening tool. There are small clips.

The camera is quite small, but it’s actually surprisingly good for such a cheap cam. You can access it via smart life app, it can notify you with movement, seems to have a dark mode, you can speak, and even record to sd locally
