The iPhone 8/8 Plus we sell here is unlocked models. However, since they are from USA, some models need a USA carrier’s SIM card to activate the iPhone; after activation, you can use any valid SIM card freely. So we attach a USA carrier’s SIM card in the package.
2. Power adaptor
The power adaptor for this iPhone is US model(the power adaptor is original), for the convenience of the customers in other countries, we provide the adaptor switcher for free. Currently we provide Euro model or British model. If you have special request on the power adaptor, please contact our customer service.

The phone is 100% original, even the headphones are original and have excellent sound, apart from the 1 year warranty. The only counter is that they sent me the package but with another description, it said "MP4 recorder", which the salesman never told me about, and made me make mistakes in the customs declaration, as it indicates it was a phone. I also made that mistake by making that mandatory statement to declare it as a cell phone, but I never thought they were going to put that description in the package. Except for those mistakes on both sides, the product is perfect. Thank you.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
